About Us

How to Register & Make Payment?

Step 1 (Email or SMS Registration):
To join this activity, please email register@wow-her.com.sg with the following details:

  • Name:
  • Gender:
  • Identity card number
  • Contact number.:
  • Email address:
  • Number of friends invited (if any):
  • Title of the selected Services/Courses/Events

* Please include the Name, Gender, Contact no. & Email address of your friends too.

Once Clique Wise LLP receive your registration, we will check on availability of the seats and inform you. Please do not proceed to payment until you have received an email or sms to do so.

Step 2 (Payment):

A) Prepare a cheque, crossed it payable to CliqueWise LLP & mail it to Vbox 888836, Singapore 919191:
- Please do not issue any post-dated cheque.
- Remember to indicate your Name & Contact no. and Title of the Services/Courses/Events behind the cheque. If paying for your friends, please include their details too.

or

B) Fund Transfer to UOB Current account 379-300877-3.
The Bank code is 7375, branch code is 067.

Once it was done, Email or SMS us at 9795 0568 with the following details:

i) your Name
ii) the transaction date
iii) the amount you transfer to us
iv) If paying for someone else, please include the Name and Contacts of the person you are paying for
v) Title of Services/Courses/Events selected
vi) UOB Bank Account
vii) Identity card number
viii) Kindly keep your transfer receipt for verification

C) Fund Transfer to DBS Current Account 025-901835-9.
The Bank code is 7171, branch code is 025.

Once it was done, Email or SMS us at 9795 0568 with the following details:

i) your Name
ii) the transaction date
iii) the amount you transfer to us
iv) If paying for someone else, please include the Name and Contacts of the person you are paying for
v) Title of Services/Courses/Events selected
vi) DBS Bank Account
vii) Identity card number
viii) Kindly keep your transfer receipt for verification

D) Credit Card Payment Through Paypal
Log on to Wow-her.com's events page and click on the "Buy Now" button of the events that you wish to sign up for. PayPal allows Visa or Master Credit Card payment too.

Once it was done, Email or SMS us at 9795 0568 with the following details:

i) your Name
ii) Identity card number
iii) Title of Services/Courses/Events selected
iv) state payment to Paypal

Event Sign up Terms & Conditions:

Terms & Conditions - Local Events (Events hosted within Singapore)

  1. Event registrations are based on first-come-first-serve basis and must be made via our registration email address: register@wow-her.com.sg
  2. Event registration does not equate confirmation / reservation of seats for the events and are subject to availability of seats.
  3. Confirmation of seat is based on payment made. Without confirmation, we will not admit you to the event.
  4. Closing date of the events serve as last date of registration.
  5. Clique Wise LLP reserves the rights to close the registration before the registration closing date of the event.
  6. Event registration will only be effective after we received the valid payment (by funds-transfer, cash, PayPal or cheque).
  7. After the event is closed, Clique Wise LLP will put all any additional registrations on waiting list. We do not promise availability of the seats.
  8. Clique Wise LLP do not exercise any refund when payment is made to Clique Wise LPP without prior reservations.
  9. Cheque payments must be received by Clique Wise LLP within 3 days from registration date and at least 5 working days before the event date. Seats will only be confirmed after cheques are cleared.
  10. Payments via Fund transfer or PayPal must be made within 24 hours upon receipt of event reservation email sent by Clique Wise LLP.
  11. If payments are not received within 24 hours upon event reservation email sent, the reserved seats will be released to the public.
  12. Once payment are made, participants are required to inform Clique Wise LLP via email or SMS within 1 hour to confirm your payment mode.
  13. Cheque dated on the day of the event or after the event will not be accepted.
  14. We regret that no refund will be made for non-attendance but a replacement is allowed for the same event. (Refer to refund policy stated below for details).
  15. Onsite registration /walk-in without pre-registration customer on event day are subject to S$20 + S$10 (onsite payment surcharge) on top of the regular event fee.
  16. For those pre-registered via email but did not pay in advance, cash payments onsite are subject to S$10 surcharge.
  17. Onsite payments are subject to availability of seats.
  18. Clique Wise LLP reserves the rights to reject any payment / participants.
  19. Clique Wise LLP reserves the rights to exercise any exceptional handling on event registration.

Terms & Conditions - Overseas Events / Trips (Events hosted outside Singapore):

  3. Closing date of the events serve as last date of registration.
  4. Clique Wise LLP reserves the rights to close the registration before the registration closing date of the event.

  6. Cheque payments must be received by Clique Wise LLP within 3 days from registration date. Seats will only be confirmed once cheques are clear.

  11. Once payments are made and seats confirmed, there will be no refund for any withdrawal. (Refer to refund policy stated below for details).

  13. We regret that no refund will be made for non-attendance but a replacement is allowed for the same event / trip. In such cases, participants must inform Clique Wise LLP at least 45 days before departure date. (Refer to refund policy stated below for details).
  14. ONLY ADVANCE payments are accepted. No onsite payments are allowed for overseas events.
  15. Clique Wise LLP holds no responsibilities for participant’s inability to participate in the trip / event either from oversight on annual leave application, non-valid passports, traveling documents, any personal matters that affect the participation of the trip or events, etc.
  16. Trip schedules, venues, activities, etc. are subject to change due to safety, logistic, weather or other reasons. If the trip must be altered due to such reasons, we will attempt to reroute the trip and find acceptable alternative activities. No Refunds for advertised activities that must be canceled at the last minute.
  17. Clique Wise LLP reserves the right to cancel or alter a trip due to insufficient registration, unsafe conditions, or bad weather. This may occur within a day prior to the trip and will result in a full refund. Clique Wise LLP is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by a client in preparation of the trip.
  18. Clique Wise LLP reserves the rights to reject any payment / participants.
  19. Clique Wise LLP reserves the rights to exercise any exceptional handling on event registrations

Refund Policy

Refund Policy for local Events (Events hosted within Singapore)

  • Full refund will only be made if events are cancelled by Clique Wise LLP.
  • No refund will be given for non attendance of events.
    As a gesture of goodwill, Clique Wise LLP will refund $5 of the event fee paid by the participant (per head for those who had paid). In such cases, the participant is to inform the organizer at least 14 days prior to event date. No refund will be given for any cancelation 14 days before the event date.
  • A replacement of same gender is allowed for the same event. Participant is required to inform the organizer at least 14 days before event date and provide us the replacement’s name, identity card number, email and contact number. If participants fail to find a replacement, Clique Wise LLP allows participant to transfer to another event of same cost or lower.
  • There will be no refunds for those who made payment for events without officially registering themselves with Clique Wise LLP.

Refund Policy for Overseas Events (Events hosted outside Singapore)

  • Refunds will only be made if events / trips are cancelled by Clique Wise LLP.
  • No refund will be given for non attendance of events / trips.
  • No refund will be given for any cancelation by customer once payment made and seats are confirmed.
  • A 5% refund subject to approval by Clique Wise LLP upon cancelation of event / trip only applies if customer has a valid reason (e.g. medical reason); however the participant is required to inform the Clique Wise LLP at least 45 days before departure date in writing (i.e. via Email). Participants must produce valid supporting documents for this request.
  • A replacement is allowed for the same trip or event. Participant is required to inform the organizer at least 45 days before departure date and provide us the replacement’s name, identity card number, email, travel document details and contact number. Replacement details must be submitted to Clique Wise within 3 days upon replacement request made.
  • Participants are required to pay for administrative fee of $200 for replacement participants.
  • Clique Wise LLP reserves the right to cancel or alter a trip due to insufficient registration, unsafe conditions, or bad weather. This may occur within a day prior to the trip and will result in a full refund. Clique Wise LLP is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by a client in preparation of the trip.
