About Martin Tan
Presently working as a Centre Manager for a Voluntary Welfare Organisation. Martin oversees the daily operation of 2 student care centres (BASC – before and after school centers).

He has more than 15 years of corporate work experience, of which, the last 10 years in a managerial position. In addition to his present job, Martin has conducted character & parenting talks to secondary schools. He is a certified facilitator for a parenting program called Parenting with Confidence and conducted several workshops. This program is distributed by FOCUS on the Family (Singapore) and endorsed by MCYS-Ministry of Community Youth & Sports.

Martin is blissfully married to his wife, Helen (for 19 years) and have 2 teenage children (age 15 & 12 years) and is an active church member. He enjoys a game of golf and and have done community work for the last 10 years.
