Nihonshu (sake), made of fermented rice, is the drink of the Gods in Japan. Nihonshu has also been a very special beverage to Japanese people and has been highly valued since the ancient period. Come and learn about the making of Nihonshu and taste the various grades of Nihonshu. Conducted by Chen Yen, owner of Satsuma, she has 7 years experience in alcohol. As limited information is available in English on Nihonshu, Chen Yen believes that more education can be conducted to bring these spirits to its deserved glory!
